Which biometric devices does it work with?
It connects to the gym's fingerprint or face door terminal, such as eSSL-type devices. Tell us the model you have and we will confirm before you start.
What happens when a member's plan lapses?
The member can be blocked at the door. When they renew, access is restored without enrolling their face or finger again.
Do members need to check in at the desk?
No. Attendance comes from door check-ins, so the front desk does not have to mark anyone.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. There are separate owner and staff roles, so staff can handle members and renewals while reports stay with the owner.
